What makes a good site?

  • Little to no existing native vegetation, no clearing of vegetation undertaken in the past 5 years
  • The land is not zoned for residential
  • The size of the land is greater than 10 hectares
  • You are the owner of the land or an authorised representative.

Register your interest

Greening Australia is keen to hear from landholders/managers that are interested in restoring any parts of their land parcels or portfolios within Australia.

To register your interest:

  1. Refer to ‘what makes a good site’ above to ensure your property may be eligible.
  2. View the list of everything you need to complete the registration here
  3. Click the button below to access the GER-X Land Portal
  4. On the Land Portal, click the button in the top-right to create an account
  5. Follow the process to submit your land information
  6. A Greening Australia staff member will be in touch as soon as possible
