Cooper Park Bushland Neighbours Day

Join us in the beautiful bushland of Cooper Park for a morning of planting, guided walks and talks on native plants and wildlife.

We’ve teamed up with Woollahra Municipal Council and National Parks & Wildlife Service to help you connect with the amazing plants and animals that live in local bushland reserves.

The Cooper Park bushland neighbours morning will include opportunities to:

  • plant a native shrub
  • hear about wildlife living in the park
  • connect with the rainforest along the Go Slow nature wellness trail
  • join a plant ID walk featuring some of our rare and special native plants
  • create habitat for lizards and insects
  • learn how you can help protect our native plants and animals.

Tools and gloves for tree planting will be supplied. BYO water and wear sturdy enclosed shoes for walking.

Meeting Point: We’ll be near the Grand Stairs at the Victoria Road end of the park.
Registrations: please register online to help us manage numbers.
