Arbor Day planting by the River Torrens

Join us for a community event to help plant 3,000 native seedlings that will contribute to the long-term restoration project to improve biodiversity and water quality along Karrawirra Parri/the River Torrens.

• Limited parking available on surrounding streets.
• Free BBQ and activities for volunteers.

Greening Australia has been working in partnership with the City of West Torrens and Green Adelaide’s Urban River Torrens Recovery Project to remove invasive weeds across the site, and now we’re inviting the community to get involved in the next phase.
